Join us for a very special evening spent with New York Times recognized local chefs Sam Smith of Yaowarat and Louis Lin of Xiao Ye. Together, they will create a multi-course menu using gleaned ingredients that highlights the beauty and versatility of upcycled food. The evening is intended to celebrate our community and raise funds to support Urban Gleaners programs and our mission of reducing food waste and food insecurity. Supper will be at the Urban Gleaners Warehouse where guests are encouraged to see the space, watch the chefs as they prepare our meal, and mingle with others who are passionate about local, sustainable food and the Urban Gleaners mission. This will be a unique opportunity to dine with Portland's top chefs while supporting an important cause. We can't wait to see the evening come alive with beautiful food and vibrant community!
